Payment is handled in segments via USD PayPal invoice. Once work has started, refunds are not available. More details can be found in the TOS.What I Will / Won't Draw:
• I'm happy to draw most things, but please understand that there are certain subjects I'm not comfortable with or don't specialize in

🏷️ PRICES (Base)

Disclaimer: The following prices are estimated by hours spent on each commission, and by living wage in my area :P✧ Commission TypesPortrait (shoulders up) – Base Price: $85
Half Body (waist up) – Base Price: $120
Full Body (full figure) – Base Price: $185
Chibi (stylized full figure) – Base Price: $95

(Simple solid-color or patterned backgrounds are included and free.)✧ Rendering StylesSimple Cel Shading (clean, crisp, and stylized with smooth colors) – +$0 (included with base price)
Full Color Render (fully shaded, highlighted, and detailed) – +$75
Illustration ( go crazy !!) (full environment, storytelling piece, expressive poses, painterly finish) +$105(These render tiers stack on top of the base price for the commission type.)✧ Additional FeesExtra Characters – +50% total price (commission type + rendering style) per additional character
Complexity Fees – +20% total price (if design is highly detailed or intricate)
Animals / Critters / Pets – +15% total price each
Detailed Backgrounds – Detailed scenery starts at +$45
Commercial Use – +100% of final price, and +10% of any monetary gain (art intended for resale, branding, or product use)

🏷️ PRICES (Info)

✧ Payment & Refund PolicyPayment is handled in two parts via PayPal invoice—typically half upfront and half near completion. Please note that the listed prices are rough estimates / starting points, and will vary during the creation process depending on the piece.Payment flexibility helps keep things fair and transparent as I work on your piece! Factors like size, color, and complexity can influence the final cost—BUT that's all part of the creative process, so don't limit your imagination!There are no refunds or chargebacks once work has begun. However, if for any reason I'm unable to complete your commission, you'll receive a partial refund and the piece as is.

📜 Terms of service

Please review these terms carefully before requesting a commission!!
I apologize in advance, as a TOS is supposed to be boring. ૮₍ ˶•⤙•˶ ₎ა(A short “TOS in a nutshell” is also on the REQUEST FORM if you don't like reading ;p)GENERAL 🌷• By submitting a commission request, you agree to these Terms of Service.
• Terms of Service and prices may change at any time; you are bound by those in effect at the time of your transaction
• Please provide clear and detailed descriptions when requesting to avoid mistakes and fulfill your request accurately.
• I reserve the right to decline any commission that makes me uncomfortable, is inappropriate, or is outside my abilities, even if not listed in the "Will Not Draw" section.
• Violation of the following terms may result in cancellation and possible legal action.PROCESS & DEADLINES 🍓• Timely and respectful communication is important. If there's no response to my queries for 12 days, the commission may be closed. Disrespectful behavior will result in immediate cancellation.
• Once payment is received, I'll begin a rough sketch for approval before completing the final artwork.
• Up to three revisions are allowed and should be used during the sketch phase (WIPs provided). Extra revisions may cost more and extend the timeline.
• No revisions or edits are allowed after final delivery. You may not edit, trace, recolor, or modify the artworkPAYMENT & REFUNDS 🥝• Refunds are not available once work has started. Cancellations before I begin may include a small fee.
• Payment is handled via PayPal invoice and is split into two parts (50% upfront, 50% near completion).
• Listed prices are estimates and vary based on complexity, size, or rendering. Price will be communicated before invoicing.
• If I'm unable to complete the commission, you'll receive the current progress and a partial refund based on completion.USAGE POLICY 🔮• After full payment, you'll receive a high-resolution digital file for personal use only. Redistribution, reproduction, or commercial use without written permission is not allowed.
• Commercial use requires a separate agreement and signed contract. I require 10% of any monetary gain made from the artwork (e.g. merch, branding, streaming, etc.).
• I retain the right to display commissioned artwork in my portfolio, social media, or promotions. I may also sell or distribute the artwork, but will not do so without your consent.
• The use of my artwork for NFTs, AI training, datasets, or any form of “AI learning” is strictly prohibited.Questions or concerns? Feel free to contact me anytime!!
